The Love Letters

Love Letters Therapist is a monthly subscription delivering a real, handwritten letter to your mailbox — written by a licensed therapist. Each letter focuses on a new theme in mental health and personal growth, with the warmth, honesty, and humanness that only a real person can bring.

Each monthly letter includes a handwritten letter from Mary focused on a new mental health theme, an actionable reflection exercise for personal application, an affirmation card to keep the intention present, and a surprise sticker.

Letters are sent once a month. After subscribing and completing your letter request form, your first letter will be on its way. You can expect a new letter in your mailbox each month from there.

You can subscribe directly from the home page for $10.99/month. After subscribing, you'll be guided through a short letter request form so Mary can personalize your letters to you.

Absolutely. When filling out your letter request form, simply select "This is a gift for someone I love" and provide their mailing address and name. It makes a truly meaningful and personal gift.

Yes — you can cancel at any time with no questions asked. Simply reach out to loveletterstherapist@gmail.com and we'll take care of it for you.

Therapy with Mary

Yes. Before committing to sessions, we'll schedule a brief virtual call to meet each other, talk about what you're looking for, and see if we're a good fit. This is a two-way conversation — you're interviewing me too.

All sessions are currently held virtually, so you can show up from wherever feels most comfortable to you — your home, your car, wherever you feel at ease.

Mary draws from a range of evidence-based modalities tailored to what you actually need — including Nervous System Regulation, Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic Exercises, Breathwork, EMDR for trauma, and Emotion Focused Couple Therapy.
