My practice is holistic in its core. Your mental health is a product of your physical health, daily environments, and sense of belonging to a community, not just a diagnosis. With this perspective, I address root causes and create a customized treatment plan that addresses the many dimensions of the human experience — including nutrition, movement, creativity, daily habits, and social activities — in addition to the healing that comes in sessions.
Therapy only works when you feel free to be your full self with me. My #1 priority is to develop a safe space where you know deeply that nothing you share is too small or too heavy. You don't walk into session with a mask — because that is the only way to true growth.
